4. Client Responsibilities

- Timely payment of fees

5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be:
- Agreed upon before commencement of work
- Invoiced according to agreed terms
- Payable within 30 days of invoice date

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to clients is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service. We exclude liability for:

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by giving written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- Client files will be returned or destroyed as requested
- Confidentiality obligations continue
- Any ongoing obligations must be fulfilled
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
